DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING, we try to advertise all vehicles as accurately as possible, but please consider that all are pre-owned. We do our best to make our vehicles look great, but please realize that they may have minor flaws in the paint or interior. Some vehicles may have had prior touch up to cover excessive micro chips or scratches, but all our work is done by professionals. We would be more than happy to go over the entire vehicle with you on the phone if you so desire. Not all vehicles have a full set of keys, books, floor mats, navigation disc and other loose items. Vehicles may have additional miles due to local test drives. Please call if you have any questions or concerns.

The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Payment Methods
Cash, certified check, bank wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction at any time for any reason.

Shipping As the buyer, you are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise noted or discussed prior to purchasing the vehicle. As an added service for our clients, we can assist you by negotiating shipping charges for you. All of the shipping companies we recommend are dependable and insured. Please keep in mind when a vehicle is being transported, there can be some unforeseen circumstances that can delay delivery. (ie. Weather, traffic, holidays, etc.) International Car Center assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after your vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

For Canadian Buyers If you have a question about shipping from the USA to Canada, we refer our clients to www.aa-auto.com/canada.html. They have a professional and knowledgeable staff that specializes in the transportation of autos and trucks between the USA and Canada. They offer specialized customs information and services on both sides of the US/Canadian border to facilitate the hassle-free auto transportation of your vehicle. They can also arrange door to door auto transport in both open and enclosed trucks to accommodate your vehicle transportation needs. If you need, they can also transport your vehicle to bonded warehouses to minimize your customs brokerage costs. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the car they planning on purchasing is allowed into Canada.
